Here at BMC we have our own Digital Printer that can print your Logo/Design onto the cardboard tube with minimal setup costs and there is no minimum order quantity
Flexo Printer
Up until now, most tubes were printed using Flexographic Printers. These are very costly to setup and require a printing stereo for each colour.
This means you are typically paying a minimum of £1000 for a 2 colour print. This is gives you enough paper to make several 10,000’s of tubes but if you only want 1000 tubes, you are paying £1 per tube just for the print. This makes it too expensive.
Here at BMC we now have our own digital printer that can print multi colour on white with no setup costs because it does not use a stereo.
And because it is so easy to setup, there is no minimum order quantity.
